To Register for Faith & Life, Catechesis of the Good Shepherd or the EDGE:

1.  Complete the Registration forms for each child registering – (3 pages –Registration form, Medical form & Diocesan Permission form) These forms are found on this website

2. Attend our Investing for the Long Term Parents Registration Night: Wednesday, September 9^th from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Aquinas Catechetical Center at 625 Lover’s Lane

3. Bring a completed registration form to the Registration Night for EACH child

4. *Payment– Cost for CFF. Make checks payable to “CFF ” (Catholic Faith Formation).

5.  Registering on this dates is crucial as we prepare to begin classes September 10^th – CGS is limited in space so come to Registration (15 is the limit/level). Wednesday CGS will have all three Levels

*Faith & Life , CGS:  $75 Fee + $45 =$120 for First Child, $45 for Second Child & $10 for each additional child.
EDGE:  $75 Fee + $45 =$120 for First Child, $45 for Second Child & $10 for each additional child
