PSR Online Registration

Parish School of Religion is our faith formation and sacramental preparation program for children 1st through 5th grade on Wednesday evenings. The online form below is to register your child for the Parish School of Religion (PSR) Faith and Life program for catechesis and sacramental preparation. Unfortunately we are not able to offer Catechesis of the Good Shepherd this year.

All families will have the option of in-person learning or on-line learning if child is online for school. On the Registration Form please indicate the learning preference for your child (in-person or on-line) so arrangements can be made.

In-person learning will take place at Holy Rosary Church either in the School Cafeteria (Grades 1 – 4) or the Marian Room (Grade 5). Classes will begin at 5:45 p.m. and end at 7:30 p.m. Parents will drop off outside and pick up outside.

CLASSES:

Class 1: 1st and 2nd grade – preparing for First Communion and First Reconciliation
Class 2: 3rd and 4th grade – preparing for Confirmation
Class 3: 5th grade – for Confirmation

PSR FEES

FEE: $30 per child for books/materials/etc. Please make checks payable to: CFF (Catholic Faith Formation) and mail to POB 908, Steubenville 43952 or dropped off at TOTC Offices. Questions or concerns, please talk to your Pastor. There are No Refunds.

All children must follow the COVID-19 guidelines as they would through the schools and parishes.

Emergency Info and Medical Authorization
PURPOSE: To enable parents and guardians to authorize the provision of emergency treatment for children who become ill or injured while under the Catholic Faith Formation program for the City of Steubenville supervision, and when parents or guardians cannot be reached.
